We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Idy V. Fit Naturals.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that health, hygiene and consumable products, including food supplements and personal care products, cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.
