Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Idy V. Fit Naturals LTD.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Health, hygiene, and consumable products (including supplements and personal care products) cannot be returned once opened

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items

  • Opened supplements

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on promotion or clearance (unless faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
